Danielle attended both UCLA (Art History and Design) and Le Cordon Bleu (Culinary Arts). When Danielle is not teaching cooking classes, running the farm or planning an event she is typically fundraising and grant writing for one of her many non profits.  Danielle is always looking for new ventures in the hospitality and non profit arenas.

Brandy Foote earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University in Westchester, California. She is a Notary Public, commissioned in the state of California. With over 20 years of administrative experience in the executive office setting, Brandy has attained a great wealth of knowledge in maintaining, building, and marketing business in both the corporate and non-profit sectors.
With a business background in running executive offices, consulting, media relations, market research, and professional writing, Brandy is able to manage her clients’ projects by utilizing a diverse business knowledge.

Gene Elliott Head Chef at Spitfire Events

Gene attended both Santa Clara University and Le Cordon Bleu.  His grace and talent in the kitchen makes for an amazing meal.  When Gene isn’t cooking he teaches grammar school at a school in his hometown of Santa Monica.

Margaret is self taught and has had her own catering company for 10+ years. Not only does keeps our nerves and numbers always in check, but her amazing taste and grace makes her an impeccable day of wedding coordinator and planner!  Margaret can execute any event flawlessly!
